Otter Swimming Scoreboard
The Otter LED Scoreboard is a versatile indoor/outdoor scoreboard that provides wireless scoring capabilities for 6, 8, or 10 swimming lanes.
It comes equipped with a 3-digit Event and Heat display and an integrated internal antenna that ensures reliable wireless communication with any 2.4GHz Wireless Scoreboard Adaptor, System 6, Dolphin Wireless System, or Gen7 Timing System.
The scoreboard’s weatherproof digits and electronics are housed in a powder-coated aluminum chassis, which provides excellent corrosion resistance. Its high-visibility 5″ digit Red LED digits automatically adjust to ambient light for optimal viewing, and the high-strength polycarbonate digit covers protect digits and antenna from weather and impact. Additionally, the 3″ vinyl artwork captions are applied directly to the polycarbonate digit covers.
The scoreboard is shipped as a single piece, consisting of a single 5052-alloy aluminum display chassis with internal digit brackets for easy handling and installation.
The board is highly versatile and can be mounted in various ways, including directly to a flat wall, corner wall, vertical beam, or portable caddy (not available for 10 lane boards). Mounting tabs are attached to the board in one of three locations, making it easy to lift and bolt to the wall or support structure. All digits and electronic components are accessible through the front face of the scoreboard, and the digit covers are secured by two removable end caps. RS-232 data jacks for wired communication with the System 6 are located on the bottom or rear of the display.
